Payments

Payments can be made by: Cheque, Money Order, Cash or Direct Deposit to River Shack Rentals. PLEASE NOTE: Security bond will be refunded in full upon a satisfactory inspection of the property within 10 working days. Please supply us with your BSB and Account Number for a bond refund.

NOTE: We cannot debit payments from your bank account, these details are used purely for a bond refund.

Declaration

I, Applicant, do solemnly and sincerely declare that;

  1. Only the number of persons included in the application form shall use and occupy the premises.
  2. I will pay a security bond by the date requested on the booking letter.
  3. I will pay the balance of the monies owed no less than 1 (one) month prior to occupation.
  4. I acknowledge receipt of standard terms and conditions.
